About the Job
We’re looking for a highly motivated Customer Support Manager to manage customer service and client success at Niche. You’ll be tasked with fielding all inbound customer questions and support inquiries with the goal of quickly and thoroughly responding to each inquiry. You'll develop strategies to drive client success and make customer service processes more efficient.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a full time position with an hourly wage of $15.00 per hour. Benefits include 20 paid days off per year, paid parental leave, SIMPLE IRA, and a comprehensive health plan, including vision and dental, provided at no cost to the employee. Niche is committed to the local community and offers three paid volunteering days per year.
