About the Job

We’re looking for a highly motivated Customer Support Manager to manage customer service and client success at Niche. You’ll be tasked with fielding all inbound customer questions and support inquiries with the goal of quickly and thoroughly responding to each inquiry. You'll develop strategies to drive client success and make customer service processes more efficient.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Field all inbound customer service inquiries in a timely and thorough manner via email and phone
  • Manually review all flagged content reported by users to identify and remove inappropriate reviews.
  • Help ensure that our data for each school is accurate and up-to-date
  • Assist the sales team in day to day operations

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field - marketing, creative writing, or english is a plus.
  • Must be an excellent communicator who is good with grammar and spelling.
  • Able to balance being very attentive to detail while also working quickly
  • Able to thrive and quickly adapt in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
  • Fearless and thick-skinned. Must be able to calmly field inquiries from upset customers.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar service is a plus

 

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full time position with an hourly wage of $15.00 per hour. Benefits include 20 paid days off per year, paid parental leave, SIMPLE IRA, and a comprehensive health plan, including vision and dental, provided at no cost to the employee. Niche is committed to the local community and offers three paid volunteering days per year.
