About the Job

We’re looking for a highly motivated Director of Sales to help us grow our business with K-12 schools and colleges. You’ll be tasked with leading a small, but growing sales team to expand sales for our Premium Profile product that gives institutions enhanced visibility on You'll be expected to be both player and coach - to manage the team and bring in your own business as well. As the sales director, you'll develop strategies to drive client success and retention as well as expand sales efforts with our growing product line.



  • Lead direct sales efforts by prospecting and closing sales to K-12 schools and colleges
  • Manage and grow our budding inside sales team 
  • Oversee account management, customer support, and customer renewals
  • Drive monthly and quarterly sales goals and own your revenue targets
  • Continuously improve our sales process by tracking, automating, and scaling the teams efforts



  • Bachelor's degree in a business or education related field.
  • Experience as a sales leader in a SaaS environment.
  • A passion for sales automation, tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce or a similar service
  • Experience with edtech sales or selling into school admissions or marketing departments is a plus.
  • Able to thrive and quickly adapt in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills a must.
  • Fearless and persistent. Motivated by the challenge of closing new sales and developing strategies to push through roadblocks.


Compensation and Benefits

This is a full time, salaried position with competitive compensation and benefits including 20 paid days off per year, paid parental leave, stock options, SIMPLE IRA, and a comprehensive health plan, including vision and dental, provided at no cost to the employee.
