About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven B2B Marketing Analyst to join the Business Operations & Analytics team at Niche. You’ll work to drive and optimize product marketing and client re-engagement strategy. You’ll be tasked with marketing our enrollment marketing solutions to our growing B2B client base through email and the development of automated communication flows. 

  
What You Will Do

During the 1st Month:

  • Collaborate with various team members to learn about the company
  • Work with members of the Business Operations & Analytics team to begin to understand our users, clients, and current B2B marketing strategy
  • Learn the basics of using Salesforce and Marketo for automated marketing outreach
  • Transition to be the point person for writing, sending, and analyzing email and prospect/client engagement campaigns
  • Learn how to execute digital ad campaigns using Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Shadow team members to learn more about how we collaborate with other areas of the business and how your role fits with external stakeholders and teams.

Within 3 Months:

  • Begin to analyze the results of various marketing campaigns and identify opportunities and next steps related to strategy and process
  • Assume responsibility for more digital B2B marketing processes and enhancements including communication flow development, ad hoc bulk emails, landing page development, and IP reputation management, etc.
  • Begin to learn the ins and outs of K-12 and college enrollment marketing, digital advertising, and how we drive value for our clients—do some self-guided research and present your findings
  • You will begin taking ownership over some analytical processes on the team such as KPI reporting, dashboards, and presentation of analyses and results related to B2B marketing campaigns and client engagement

Within 6 months:

  • Begin to use your experience and insights to drive strategic change in B2B marketing
  • Develop and own processes to efficiently maintain, scale, and optimize B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Perform self-directed research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth
  • Gain a deep understanding of the sales funnel and identify opportunities to optimize for growth

Within 12 months:

  • You will have deep knowledge of our product and marketing strategy and become the go-to resource for all things related to B2B email marketing. 
  • Partner with other team members to set goals, and develop marketing strategies to achieve those goals
  • Use data-driven insights to inform and develop strategy for B2B email marketing
  • You will have a deep knowledge of our product, company, and sales organization
  • You will be held accountable for improving the sales funnel and growing direct sales revenue through marketing

What We Are Looking For

  • 1+ years experience in a marketing role; preferably with a B2B/SaaS focus
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Self-directed; ability to translate vague requirements into prioritized problems to solve
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Proven track record of getting things done
  • A “whatever it takes” approach to your work

Useful Experience

  • Web Analytics
  • Survey Writing
  • A/B Testing
  • Salesforce or CRM experience
  • Experience with marketing automation software
  • Experience buying digital advertising
  • Understanding of B2B/SaaS business strategy
  • Understanding of K-12 and/or college admissions processes
