About the Role
We are looking for a highly-motivated B2B Marketing Coordinator to join the Business Operations & Analytics team at Niche. You’ll work with internal and external stakeholders to convey our value proposition to the market. You’ll be tasked with marketing our enrollment marketing solutions to our growing B2B client base through the development and maintenance of all B2B marketing materials and sales collateral.

  
What You Will Do

During the 1st Month:

  • Collaborate with various team members to learn about the company
  • Work with members of the Business Operations & Analytics team to begin to understand our users, clients, and current B2B marketing strategy
  • Learn the basics of using Salesforce
  • Shadow team members to learn more about how we collaborate with other areas of the business and how your role fits with external stakeholders and teams
  • Familiarize yourself with the current state of our marketing and sales collateral
  • Build a strong relationship with our Design team—you will work closely with them to develop marketing and sales collateral and bring your ideas to life

Within 3 Months:

  • Begin to learn the ins and outs of K-12 and college enrollment marketing, digital advertising, and how we drive value for our clients—do some self-guided research and present your findings
  • Transition to be the point person for developing and maintaining all B2B marketing materials and sales collateral, including conference handouts, sales pitch decks, product one-pagers, landing pages etc.
  • Take over the coordination of attendance at industry conferences and the development of supporting sales collateral
  • Take over the coordination of sales and enrollment marketing webinars and the development of supporting collateral 

Within 6 months:

  • You will fully own the development and maintenance of all B2B marketing materials—both digital and physical
  • Begin to use your experience and insights to drive strategic change in B2B marketing
  • Develop and own processes to efficiently maintain, scale, and optimize B2B marketing at Niche
  • Perform self-directed research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth
  • Gain a deep understanding of the sales funnel and identify opportunities to optimize for growth

Within 12 months:

  • You will have deep knowledge of our product and marketing strategy and become the go-to resource for all things related to B2B marketing materials and sales collateral
  • Partner with other team members to set goals, and develop marketing strategies to achieve those goals
  • You will have a deep knowledge of our product, company, and sales organization
  • You will be held accountable for improving the sales funnel and growing direct sales revenue through marketing

What We Are Looking For

  • 1+ years experience in a marketing role; preferably with a B2B/SaaS focus
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong written communication skills—ability to craft on-brand messaging and convey our value proposition through concise storytelling
  • Self-directed; ability to translate vague requirements into prioritized problems to solve
  • Proven track record of getting things done
  • A “whatever it takes” approach to your work

Useful Experience

  • Web Analytics
  • Survey Writing
  • Salesforce or CRM experience
  • Understanding of B2B/SaaS business strategy
  • Understanding of K-12 and/or college admissions processes
  • Understanding of design principles and technologies
