About the Role

Our Customer Success team is growing rapidly! We’re looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Specialist to be a jack-of-all trades to drive customer satisfaction at Niche. You’ll be tasked with a wide range of projects - big and small, exciting and mundane - whatever it takes to make our product better and keep customers happy.

The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for a variety of projects that support our Sales, Product, Data, and Marketing teams on a daily basis. From researching and processing data updates to accurately entering new sales leads to monitoring flagged content or conducting research, you will play a critical role both internally and externally. This position will work closely with Sales, Product, Data, and Marketing to ensure our customers and users are well-supported.  

What You Will Do

  • Be a jack-of-all trades to drive customer satisfaction at Niche across a wide range of projects
  • Assist the Product and Data teams in day to day operations. Tasks may include data entry, checking data for accuracy, researching on Google, verifying data on school websites and local government websites
  • Monitor all flagged content reported by users to identify and remove inappropriate reviews
  • Assist the Sales team with researching and identifying prospective clients and supporting various projects
  • Support Customer Success Coordinators by fielding inbound customer service inquiries in a timely and thorough manner via email

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Relentless work ethic - eager to solve one problem and move on to the next
  • Able to balance being very attentive to detail while also working quickly
  • Must have hands on experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or a similar spreadsheet tool
  • Must be internet savvy. Your ability to research and find particular data points or a particular contact through creative searching is critical
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM system
  • Experience in customer service
