About the Job

We’re looking for a highly motivated Enrollment Marketing Leader to lead our B2B marketing efforts among colleges and K-12 schools. You’ll be tasked with evangelizing and expanding our enrollment marketing solutions for U.S. colleges and K-12 schools. You'll develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, sales adoption, and client engagement and be a conduit for client feedback to our Sales and Product teams. 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead our B2B marketing efforts among colleges and K-12 schools including new client acquisition, client engagement, client analytics, and brand awareness.

  • Develop processes to help both Niche and our clients better measure the ROI of our products, in particular measuring Niche's impact on each school's enrollment funnel.

  • Help refine and communicate our value proposition to admissions and marketing departments at schools and colleges. 

  • Develop case studies, client surveys, and white papers to support Sales efforts and help refine our product offering.

  • Develop and present webinars, panel discussions, and conference sessions for industry stakeholders.

  • Support Chief Operating Officer in evaluating and executing on a wide range of strategic initiatives 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in college admissions, college counseling, or enrollment marketing
  • Extensive knowledge of the college search and admissions process.
  • Must be highly analytical and love working with numbers.
  • Relentless work ethic - eager to solve one problem and move on to the next. 
  • Must be an excellent communicator and comfortable being a face of the company.
  • Fearless and thick-skinned. Must be able to calmly field difficult questions from clients and media
  • Able to thrive and quickly adapt in a fast paced, team oriented environment.

 

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full time, salaried position with competitive compensation and benefits including 20 paid days off per year, paid parental leave, SIMPLE IRA, and a comprehensive health plan, including vision and dental, provided at no cost to the employee. Niche is committed to the local community and offers three paid volunteering days per year.
