About the Role
We are looking for an entry-level candidate to join the Business Operations & Analytics team as an Implementation Specialist. You will manage lead delivery campaigns and integrations for our partner schools and colleges and strive to provide them with unmatched value. You will also work with analysts on the team to identify inefficiencies in your processes and develop systematic approaches to your work. You will work directly with clients and the sales team to ensure our partners are getting the most out of their partnership with Niche. Your work will directly impact our ability to grow the direct sales organization at Niche. 
  
What You Will Do

During the 1st Month:

  • Collaborate with various team members to learn about the company
  • Work with members of the Business Operations & Analytics team to begin to understand our users, our clients, the industry, and our direct sales organization
  • Shadow team members to learn more about how we collaborate with other areas of the business and how your role fits with external stakeholders and teams
  • Learn the basics of Salesforce, R, SQL and our internal lead delivery tools

Within 3 Months:

  • Gain a deep understanding of our sales organization and how different teams work
  • Begin independently setting up and managing lead campaigns and integrations for our clients 
  • Work with analysts on the team to learn how to use insights from lead performance to drive optimizations
  • Start to identify ways we can improve our processes and work with other members of the team to implement change
  • Begin to learn the ins and outs of K-12 and college enrollment marketing, digital advertising, and how we drive value for our clients—do some self-guided research and present your findings

Within 6 months:

  • Mature your technical skills to learn new, innovative ways to provide a seamless, valuable experience for our partners
  • Become obsessed with driving value for our clients—work with analysts to automate processes, optimize lead targeting
  • Create reports and dashboards to help clients see how their leads are performing, communicating key takeaways and areas for focus

Within 12 months:

  • You will have a deep knowledge of our product, company, and sales organization
  • You will be an expert on integrations and lead delivery for colleges and K-12 schools
  • You will be held accountable for driving value for our clients

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Passion for learning new things
  • Ability to translate vague requirements into prioritized problems to solve
  • Proven track record of getting things done
  • A “whatever it takes” approach to your work

Useful Experience

  • Salesforce or CRM experience
  • R, Python, SQL,or other relevant technical experience
  • Experience with data integrations
  • Understanding of K-12 and/or college admissions processes
