About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Marketing Manager of Demand Generation to drive our B2B marketing efforts. You’ll be tasked with developing a deep understanding of the K12 and College enrollment marketing lifecycle and building campaigns that drive business objectives.  You'll develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, sales adoption, and client engagement and be a conduit for client feedback to our Sales and Product teams. 

What You Will Do

During the First Month:

  • Learn about Niche by meeting with various team members to learn more about our company through our onboarding meetings
  • Collaborate with various team members to get a clear understanding of our users, clients, products, and current B2B marketing strategy
  • Start building relationships and trust with key stakeholders

Within 3 Months:

  • Develop a deep understanding of K-12 and college enrollment marketing solutions, digital advertising, and how we drive value for our clients
  • Gain a deep understanding of the sales funnel and process.  Begin to identify areas for growth.
  • Establish strong relationships across sales development and account executive teams to build cross functional cohesion.

Within 6 months:

  • Assist in content development to target prospects and clients throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate across Sales and Marketing to build programs that support sales enablement.
  • Develop deeper knowledge of our product, company, and sales organization. 

Within 12 Months:

  • Develop, maintain, and execute B2B campaigns aligned with Niche’s business strategy and goals.
  • Systematically review and improve the handoffs between Sales and Marketing to improve efficiencies across the funnel.  
  • Measure and evaluate campaign performance to increase conversion rates.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing, including extensive experience with developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Relentless work ethic - eager to solve one problem and move on to the next. 
  • Must be an excellent communicator and comfortable both driving and executing on marketing strategies
  • Able to thrive and quickly adapt in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
